		<description>Growing up, Sunday was considered a day of rest.  Many stores were closed and people just kind of chilled out.  They might go for a drive, hence &quot;sunday drivers&quot;, because there was so little traffic. &lt;br&gt;I like the idea of a day of rest in this increasingly busy, frantic world.  Now that I no longer need Sunday morning to &quot;come down&quot; I run and am grateful for Sunday the 1st or 7th day of the week.</description>
